Emma Laurence

Award-winning NYC actress and singer Emma Laurence moved to the Minneapple after decades of performing, teaching, and directing in the Big Apple.

Emma began as a singer/songwriter/guitarist in the coffeehouse circuit. She now performs everything from jazz standards to classic rock, Motown to country, the Star Spangled Banner at the Carver County fair to an a cappella trio performance for an audience of 6k at the Minneapolis Convention Center.

Emma’s recordings on Cliffhanger Records include No Limitations, with the harmony group, Keystone, and Beyond the Horizon (original acoustic, with Larry Siegel). She’s also the female voice on the Hard Hat Harry series of children’s videos.

Beyond music, Emma loves hiking, pickleball, writing her blog Living As Music.

Alejandro Prieto

Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, pianist/singer Alejandro Prieto started playing piano at age five with grandma’s help. He and his brothers formed a band that played professionally for much of their youth.

Alejandro participated in four song writing contests, finishing in the top three in each one. He appears on hundreds of studio recordings and has composed several jingles for radio and TV.  He also performed piano and accordion in the film version of Evita with Faye Dunaway.

Alejandro moved to the Twin Cities in 1984. He’s been playing extensively in the Midwest including corporate engagements and nightclubs. His two current bands are JazzLove and a Latin Band, Tucan Jam.

Beyond music, Alejandro enjoys swimming and soccer.

Jay Ingraham

Known for “singing through his horn,” Jay brings soulful expression and seasoned musicianship to every gig. For over 50 years, Jay has let his saxophone do the talking, creating a signature sound that blends jazz and R&B into something unmistakably his own.

Beyond the stage, Jay is grounded by the family that inspires him. He’s married to his high school sweetheart, the proud father of three daughters, and a devoted grandfather to two grandchildren with another one on the way. With a lifetime of music behind him and no signs of slowing down, Jay continues to play with depth, joy, and the kind of soul that only comes from decades of passion and love.
